Newly released -  Mother-In-Law Cleaning - Includes everything in a deep clean with extra options for stove, refrigerator and windows/glass specials. She isnt going to be able to nit pick your clean house! Please allow enough time ahead for scheduling as this is a very detailed cleaning. Probably taking most of the day with two experienced cleaners!  Can be pricey but well worth the satisfaction knowing how good and clean your house feels and smells. Ranges from $40 up to $50 per man hour depending on services required. 

Standard Cleaning - 

     This includes a ceiling to floor dusting and cobwebbing. Window blinds dusted on both sides, window ledge and sills dusted. All surface areas dusted. Bed made if applicable. All cabinet fronts will be spot checked, as well as doors and door jambs. Baseboards dusted, all trash emptied, and floor vacuumed/mopped. Also any entryway or back door glass cleaned inside and out. All bathrooms... "toilets inside and out, showers, bath tubs and sinks" sanitized. Kitchen sinks, counters, microwaves, dishwashers, stovetops, and exterior refrigerator disinfected and sanitized.  Standard cleans are based on an hourly pay of $35 up to $40 per single man hour. 

Deep Clean - 

     This also includes a ceiling to floor dusting, but also light fixtures removed and cleaned if needed. All standard clean items with the addiditon of baseboards, doors, and door jambs hand wiped. Also, in addition to vacuuming we also edge the entire room and move items that we can, to vacuum underneath.  All cabinets fronts and sides will be hand wiped. Beds made if applicable. Interior windows cleaned if accessible. Deep cleans are charged hourly at $40 up to $45 per single man hour. 

Move -ins -

     One of the most detailed cleanings...this includes removing any items left/forgot from previous owners. Wiping all cabintes and drawers inside and out. Decobwebbing and cleaning blinds in more depth, and all windows that are accessible insides and out. Kitchen microwave, stove top, and oven cleaned if needed. Refrigerator cleaned inside and out, and behind if possible. Walls wiped as much as time allows. Depending on the size and condition of the house this is one of the most detailed cleanings we offer. Move - in cleans start at $350. Typically a two day job. 

Move-outs -  

     This cleaning is very beneficial if you are putting your house on the market. We make it sparkle and shine and leave that clean smell in the air. The majority of the houses I have done move in cleans on have sold within the first 30 days. This can also be when you are hoping to get your security deposit back so you call us to come in after you move out. Also, a very detailed cleaning. It helps if you have all items (furniture, boxes) removed altogether for us to do our top quality job. Very similar to the move-in clean with very few differences. Maybe with the exception of wall cleanings. These will be on an as-needed basis as the landlords generally repaint before a tenant moves in. Dependent on indivdual circumstances, size, and condition. This cleaning starts at $250. 

Office Cleans -

      High touch surfaces hand wiped and sanitized. Cobwebs removed. Entryway door cleaned inside and out. Bathrooms cleaned. Fans, picture frames, lamp shades, & shelving dusted. Break area cleaned thoroughly. Trash emptied. Floors vacuumed and mopped. Pricing based on sq ft.
